Task: Volunteer Station Leader Assignment: Thanksgiving Day Coordination Lead
Eligibility: Adults, college-age and older

We are seeking dedicated individuals to serve as Volunteer Coordination Leads during our Thanksgiving outreach. This role is essential to ensuring that volunteers are properly signed in and sent to their designated stations.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Arrive early to set up the Volunteer Station
• Assign each volunteer to their respective station and confirm responsibilities
• Maintain a positive, professional demeanor throughout the event

Instructions:

• Will arrive early enough to set up Volunteer Station
• Will assign each Volunteer Director with the responsibility of their stations
• If you have any documents that must be signed; ensure that you send those electronically to beagaddy@bea-gaddy.org two days prior. They will be returned by the 2^nd of December
• No Court documents or Community Service is allowed for this task
• If you would like to be removed from this task for any reason, please You will pull up outside and wait to be given the food and assignments send an email beagaddy@bea-gaddy.org
• Note: Please be mindful that you are signing up for a slot that does not include another person or other people. Each person must sign up individually
