Overview

Join us in honoring the legacy of Dr. Bea Gaddy by helping prepare for one of Baltimore’s most cherished community traditions. Volunteers will support the behind-the-scenes efforts that make our Thanksgiving outreach possible, ensuring thousands of families receive warm meals and heartfelt care.

 Responsibilities

• Assist with sorting, organizing, and packing food donations
• Help set up prep stations and maintain cleanliness and safety protocols
• Support inventory tracking and supply distribution
• Collaborate with staff and fellow volunteers to ensure smooth operations
• Contribute to a spirit of unity, compassion, and service

 Ideal Volunteer

• Reliable, punctual, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable lifting boxes or standing for extended periods (accommodations available)
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and respect for community values
• Passionate about service and eager to make a tangible impact
