Overview
Join us in honoring the legacy of Dr. Bea Gaddy by helping prepare for one of Baltimore’s most cherished community traditions. Volunteers will support the behind-the-scenes efforts that make our Thanksgiving outreach possible, ensuring thousands of families receive warm meals and heartfelt care.
Responsibilities
- Assist with sorting, organizing, and packing food donations
- Help set up prep stations and maintain cleanliness and safety protocols
- Support inventory tracking and supply distribution
- Collaborate with staff and fellow volunteers to ensure smooth operations
- Contribute to a spirit of unity, compassion, and service
Ideal Volunteer
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable lifting boxes or standing for extended periods (accommodations available)
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and respect for community values
- Passionate about service and eager to make a tangible impact
