We thank you very much for signing up to help Sponsor this event again this year. Your purchasing a shirt will allow us to be able to raise funds for the much needed refrigerated truck. We look forward to having your support. This year as a means of raising funds for the event as well as; controlling our volunteer population. We are asking your support by purchasing a tee-shirt. The shirt will do the following:
•Identify the shift you will be working
•Control the number of volunteers for any given period
•Ensure that as soon as your shift begins, you will have a task to complete for that time period.
•Will not have to wait in the Waiting Room to be given a task
We clearly understand and respect that all of our volunteers aren’t in a position to support this event with the purchase of a shirt. We ask that you still come out and sign up for an “Open Volunteer Slot”. You will be assigned as positions become available.
Once your shirt arrives, we ask that you show your support for this event by posting a photo of you with your shirt on our FaceBook page?
The Bea Gaddy Family Centers will receive $5.00 for each shirt that you order. This will help us to defray some of the costs for Thanksgiving Day
